Course length

This course runs for one week, combining self-paced study with live expert-led lectures. You’ll complete guided self-study at your own convenience, supported by one live session lasting three hours. This format ensures a focused and flexible approach, allowing you to gain a thorough understanding of Taxes in Spanish Real Estate while balancing your personal and professional commitments.

This course is led by Ignacio López, an accomplished architect, quantity surveyor, and court-appointed expert witness (perito judicial) with extensive expertise in real estate appraisals and project development, both in Spain and internationally.

Ignacio holds a postgraduate degree in Building Management and has been a key figure at his family-run appraisal entity, Rewsa, based in Alicante, since 1992. With decades of experience and his role as a legal expert in the Spanish courts, Ignacio brings unparalleled insights into the property market, ensuring participants gain both technical and practical knowledge in real estate appraisals.

Certification

To successfully complete the course and earn your certification, you must pass the final exam and attend the live lecture (either in person or online). Upon completion, you will receive a digital certificate, which can be easily shared with employers or clients, verifying your expertise in Spanish real estate appraisals.

Entry requirements

There are no formal prerequisites for this course, making it accessible to both newcomers and experienced professionals. However, a general understanding of the property market or prior business experience may be advantageous. Proficiency in English is required, as all course materials and lectures are delivered in English.
