Teaching methodology:

This course is delivered through FEIFLEX, a flexible hybrid learning model that allows you to attend live sessions either in person at our Alicante premises or online from anywhere in Europe. You’ll benefit from real-time lectures, interactive discussions, and case studies led by industry experts. All sessions are recorded and available on our MYFEI learning platform, enabling you to review materials and deepen your understanding at your convenience.

Course length:

The course runs for six weeks, combining guided self-study and live sessions. Each week, you’ll complete flexible self-paced study, with one live expert-led session every week from 09:00 to 12:00. This structure enables an in-depth exploration of each topic while offering flexibility to accommodate your personal and professional commitments.

Lecturers:

Our lecturers are experts within different fields such as law, business administration and property investment, real estate appraisals and development of real estate projects, as well as marketing, SEO and e-commerce techniques.

Certification:

To successfully complete the course and earn certification, you must pass the final exam and attend at least four out of six live sessions (either in person or online). Upon completion, you will receive a digital certificate secured by blockchain technology, ensuring easy verification and seamless sharing with employers or clients. This certificate also qualifies as official proof for registering as a real estate agent in the regions of Comunidad Valenciana, the Balearic Islands, and Catalonia.

Entry requirements:

While there are no formal prerequisites, having a basic understanding of the property market or prior business experience will be beneficial. Proficiency in English is required, as all course materials and live sessions are conducted in English.

The total course fee is €1990 (excluding VAT), which covers access to all learning materials, live sessions, recorded content, and certification.
