Real Estate Essentials – for ABINI offers a comprehensive introduction to the Spanish real estate market, with a curriculum designed to cover the essential legal, regulatory, and practical knowledge for real estate professionals. This foundational course provides ABINI members and new agents with a structured and accessible entry into Spanish property law, taxation and appraisals from understanding residency requirements to key contracts, property rights, property tax and performing real estate valuations.
Overview
Participants will gain a solid grasp of consumer rights, taxation, and data protection laws, as well as the practicalities of notary and registry management, essential for those looking to build credibility and competence in the Spanish property sector. The course also introduces concepts of appraisal and valuation, equipping attendees with skills to navigate both new and resale property assessments.
This six-week programme is delivered through FEI Business School’s FEIFLEX hybrid learning model, allowing participants to engage with the live sessions either in person or online.
