Course length

This course runs for two weeks, combining self-paced study with live expert-led lectures. Each week, you’ll complete guided self-study at your own convenience, supported by one live session lasting three hours. This format ensures a focused and flexible approach, allowing you to gain a thorough understanding of Spanish real estate law while balancing your personal and professional commitments.

Lecturers

This course is led by Orlando Torregrosa, a highly experienced lawyer with 24 years of legal practice. Orlando has managed legal departments for prominent national and international law firms, as well as real estate and building companies. Since 2014, he has operated his own law firm, Albir Abogados, catering to an international clientele.

Orlando is highly proficient in English and an expert in property law, commercial contracts, corporate law, and taxes, bringing a wealth of practical knowledge to the course.

Certification

To successfully complete the course and earn your certification, you must pass the final exam and attend both live lectures (either in person or online). Upon completion, you will receive a digital certificate, which can be easily shared with employers or clients, verifying your expertise in Spanish real estate law.

Entry requirements

There are no formal prerequisites for this course, making it accessible to both newcomers and experienced professionals. However, a general understanding of the property market or prior business experience may be advantageous. Proficiency in English is required, as all course materials and lectures are delivered in English.
